Lieutenant Scott Davisson has served for 15 years and currently leads the Construction Code Compliance Division. He oversees fire inspections and plan review, ensuring that new buildings meet fire code requirements and uphold the highest safety standards.

Lieutenant Adriel Ayala brings 20 years of service experience, with 9 years in the Fire Marshal’s Office. He supervises the Fire Prevention & Safety Inspections Program, which enforces the city’s adopted 2021 International Fire Code and ensures commercial businesses comply with operational fire license requirements.
